In the same vein, Sinob manufactures in Germany, names its raw material supplier, and numbers its batches. Protéalpes manufactures in France, with three ingredients per flavor and nothing else.

Isolate is only justified if you have difficulty digesting lactose, if you are cutting, or if you take several shakers a day. Otherwise, concentrate is the best purchase.

Which creatine to choose?

Creatine monohydrate, and nothing else: it's the most documented and cheapest form. The only remaining criterion is the traceability of the raw material. A tub bearing the Creapure® label with a printed license number tells you exactly where the powder comes from.

Which food supplement to take for muscle recovery?
