From the centre of Mauguio, there are two equivalent routes:

• the D24 northwards then the RN 113 towards Lunel: the most direct, ten to twelve minutes;
• the D613 via Saint-Aunès, then the RN 113: barely longer, often flowing better at the end of the day, and it passes right by Baillargues.

From Carnon or La Grande-Motte, allow about twenty minutes coming up via the D62 then the D24. From the Fréjorgues business park and the airport, it is about ten minutes via the D189 and the RN 113.

The shop is on the edge of the main road, in the Portes Domitiennes trading estate, with free parking outside the entrance and step-free access. You never go into Montpellier.

Why come in rather than order?

Because a parcel does not answer questions. In the shop, in a few minutes you do three things that are impossible online: read two labels side by side to see which one really gives the most protein per serving, taste a flavour before committing to the price of a two-kilo size, and explain your actual situation — your sport, how many sessions you do, the time of day you train — to someone who will also tell you what you do not need.

And when you already know what you want: order online, in-store pickup within two hours maximum during opening hours. Twelve minutes' drive, a three-minute stop. An area where people train outdoors all year round

Mauguio-Carnon means the Étang de l'Or on one side and the coast on the other: running on the dykes, cycling on the flat roads of the Pays de l'Or, paddle, kite and beach volleyball in the summer, not counting the town's fitness clubs. Three mistakes we often put right at the counter

Buying a booster with too much caffeine for an evening session. Many pre-workouts exceed 300 mg of caffeine per serving. Taken at 7 pm, they keep you awake at midnight, and the sleep lost cancels out the benefit of the session.
