Delivery

This page sets out precisely what happens between the moment you confirm your order and the moment you open the parcel: when the order leaves, with which carrier, at what price, and within what time frame. The other pages on the site link here: this is the reference page, and it is kept up to date.

When does your order leave?

Any order placed before 2pm is dispatched the same day, Monday to Saturday. After 2pm, it leaves on the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays.

One clarification that avoids a great deal of disappointment: dispatched the same day does not mean delivered the next day. We control the preparation of the parcel, not the carrier's round. Once the parcel has been handed over to Mondial Relay, Chronopost, Colissimo, UPS or FedEx, it is their delivery time that applies — and it is added to ours. The real calculation is therefore: dispatch day + carrier's delivery time, in working days.

A concrete example: an order placed on Tuesday at 11am with home delivery leaves on the Tuesday and arrives, according to the time frame announced by the carrier, on the Wednesday or the Thursday. The same order placed on Tuesday at 4pm leaves on the Wednesday and arrives on the Thursday or the Friday.

What are the shipping methods within France?

Method Carrier Carrier's delivery time Price
Pickup Point Mondial Relay Varies according to the pickup point chosen €5.90 — free on orders of €50 or more
Home Delivery Chronopost 24 to 48 hours €6.90
Express home delivery Chronopost, UPS or FedEx Within 24 hours €10.90
Certain items UPS, home delivery only 3 to 5 working days €10 — free on orders of €50 or more

The times given above are the carrier's, counted from the moment the parcel is handed over — not from the moment you click “order”. They are indicative times communicated by the carriers, never a guaranteed date.

Certain items are dispatched separately, by UPS, with home delivery only, at a price of €10, within 3 to 5 working days. For these items, neither the pickup point nor express is offered: the delivery method is fixed. It is the only point on which you do not choose.

Do you deliver within Europe?

Yes, to the following 25 European Union countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

Method Carrier Carrier's delivery time Price
Standard International Chronopost or Colissimo 4 to 7 working days Free on orders of €100 or more
Express International According to the destination Contact us €19
Certain items UPS, home delivery only 3 to 5 working days €10 — free on orders of €100 or more

The Standard International method only appears from €100 of order value, and it is then free. Below that amount, Express International at €19 is the only method offered to the European Union. The shipping methods actually available for your address, with their prices, are displayed at the order confirmation stage: it is that display that is authoritative.

The UPS price of €10 and the 3 to 5 working day time frame are the same in France and in the European Union.

When is delivery free?

Free shipping is calculated on the total of your order, and not on the value of each shipment taken separately. The thresholds are as follows:

  • France: free on orders of €50 or more, on the Mondial Relay Pickup Point as well as on the items dispatched by UPS.
  • European Union: free on orders of €100 or more, on Standard International as well as on the items dispatched by UPS.

The practical consequence when an order gives rise to two shipments: above the threshold, both are free together; below it, the two charges are added together. A French order of €49 will pay €5.90 + €10, that is €15.90; the same order at €61 will pay nothing at all. To Germany, an order of €99 will pay €19 + €10, that is €29; at €111, nothing.

Home Delivery at €6.90 and Express home delivery at €10.90 remain chargeable whatever the amount of the order: they are paid methods, with no free-shipping threshold.

Why might an order arrive in two parcels?

Our items do not all leave from the same dispatch point. Most are prepared and dispatched by us, with the choice between pickup point, home delivery and express. Certain items leave separately, by UPS, with home delivery only. If your order draws on both, it gives rise to two separate shipments, and therefore:

  • two parcels, which do not necessarily arrive on the same day;
  • two different tracking numbers, sent separately by email at the moment each parcel leaves;
  • a single shipping option displayed at the payment stage, which covers the whole order. The breakdown by carrier does not appear at this stage.

You are only charged once: the amount displayed at payment covers both shipments. Our terms and conditions of sale provide for these split deliveries, and only the products dispatched are debited. If one parcel is still missing several days after the other, write to us: we will check with the carrier.

How do you collect your order in Vendargues?

You can order online and come and collect your order in store. In-store pickup is possible within a maximum of 2 hours, during opening hours. Pickup is free.

It is our only shop. It is about ten minutes from Montpellier via the RN 113, and remains easily accessible from Castelnau-le-Lez, Le Crès, Baillargues, Mauguio and Lattes. The detail of the range is set out on the sports nutrition in Vendargues page.

Wait for the confirmation before making the journey: the 2 hours run during opening hours, and an order placed in the evening or on a Sunday is prepared when we reopen. Pickup only concerns the items available in store; the items dispatched by UPS are not offered for pickup.

How do you track your parcel?

A tracking link is sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. It allows you to follow the journey on the website of the carrier concerned. If your order gives rise to two shipments, you receive two tracking links, one after the other. If you have received nothing although your order was placed before 2pm on a working day, first check your spam folder, then write to us at kissnutrition34@gmail.com stating your order number.

The times given on this page are expressed in working days: Sundays and public holidays do not count, neither for dispatch nor for transit. An order placed on Saturday at 1pm leaves on the Saturday, but the carrier only resumes its round on the Monday.

What happens if you are out when the delivery arrives?

The procedure to follow depends on the carrier delivering your parcel: a calling card, a second delivery attempt, or the parcel being held at a depot or at a pickup point. We cannot guarantee in advance which one applies to your order. The instruction is given in your parcel tracking, and it is that which is authoritative. In every case, leaving the parcel in a letterbox is not provided for: our parcels are handed over in person, left at a pickup point or left against a calling card. If you yourself ask the driver to leave the parcel in your letterbox, the delivery is deemed to have been made and no claim for loss or theft can be accepted.

If the tracking stops moving, if you have not found a calling card or if you do not know where to collect your parcel, write to us at kissnutrition34@gmail.com: we will check with the carrier.

Damaged or lost parcel: contact us within 48 hours, with photos, at the same address. According to your choice, we will arrange a reshipment or a refund. For a return or a withdrawal, see our returns policy and article 6 of our terms and conditions of sale.

Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my order?

Add two things together: the dispatch day and the carrier's delivery time. Order before 2pm on a working day: dispatch the same day. Then allow 24 to 48 hours with Home Delivery, within 24 hours with Express home delivery, and the time specific to your pickup point for Mondial Relay. For the items dispatched by UPS, allow 3 to 5 working days, in France as in the European Union.

Why is my order arriving in two parcels?

Because not all the items leave from the same dispatch point. Certain items are dispatched separately by UPS, to your home, within 3 to 5 working days. An order that mixes the two gives rise to two shipments, two parcels and two separate tracking numbers, received separately by email. You only pay once: the amount displayed at payment covers both shipments, and only the products dispatched are debited.

Why do I only have one shipping option at the payment stage?

When an order gives rise to two shipments, the payment page displays only one option, which covers the whole order. The choice between pickup point, home delivery and express is only offered if all the items in your basket leave from the same dispatch point. If the pickup point is essential to you, place two separate orders: you will find the full choice again on the one that contains only eligible items.

Can I order now and collect today?

Yes, if you order during the shop's opening hours and you still have at least 2 hours before closing. The order is ready for pickup within a maximum of 2 hours. An order placed after closing, on a Sunday or on a public holiday is prepared when we reopen. The items dispatched by UPS are not available for pickup.

Do you deliver to Belgium? And to Switzerland?

Belgium is part of our European Union zone: Standard International in 4 to 7 working days, free on orders of €100 or more, or Express International at €19 below that amount. The items dispatched by UPS go there at the same price as in France, €10, within 3 to 5 working days. Switzerland is not in this zone and is not offered at the ordering stage. If you would like to be delivered there, write to us at kissnutrition34@gmail.com before ordering. Outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be added and remain payable by you.

How do I track my parcel?

Through the tracking link sent by email at the time of dispatch. It points to the tracking service of the carrier that has taken charge of your parcel — Mondial Relay, Chronopost, Colissimo, UPS or FedEx, according to the method chosen and the items ordered. If your order leaves in two shipments, you receive two links. If you have not received this link, write to us with your order number.

What should I do if my pickup point is closed?

The opening hours of the pickup point and the length of time it keeps your parcel are set by the carrier, not by us. The Mondial Relay tracking indicates the opening hours of the point chosen and the status of your parcel. If the parcel seems to be stuck or if the pickup point has closed permanently, write to us at kissnutrition34@gmail.com: we will see with the carrier what can be done.

Do you deliver to letterboxes?

No. No delivery to a letterbox is accepted, whatever the shipping method. Your parcel is handed over in person, left at a pickup point or left against a calling card. If you yourself ask the driver to leave it in your letterbox, the delivery is deemed to have been made: in the event of loss or theft, no claim can be accepted.

Is delivery free?

In France, it is free on orders of €50 or more, on the Mondial Relay Pickup Point as well as on the items dispatched by UPS. In the European Union, the threshold is €100 of order value. The threshold is assessed on the total of the order: above it, both shipments are free together; below it, the two charges are added together. Home Delivery (€6.90) and Express home delivery (€10.90) remain chargeable whatever the amount.
