Comme une huile : à l'abri de la lumière et de la chaleur, et consommé avant la date indiquée. Les huiles insaturées rancissent à l'air et à la lumière, ce qui donne une odeur de vieille noix caractéristique. Un aérosol, fermé par construction, tient mieux dans le temps qu'un vaporisateur à pompe ouvert à chaque usage.
