Named raw materials, not "whey proteins"

Most brands write "whey protein isolate" on their ingredient list and stop there. You don't know where the powder comes from, nor who produced it. The ranges we have chosen do the opposite: they name their supplier, and it is verifiable.

• Whey Sublime is based on Lacprodan® SP-8011, a whey concentrate produced by the Danish dairy company Arla Foods Ingredients — the supplier is named on the label, which very few brands do.
• Isolate Professional uses PROMILK® CFM, obtained by cold cross-flow microfiltration — a mechanical membrane filtration, not an ion exchange.
• Micellar casein comes from Fonterra, New Zealand.
• Glutamine and arginine bear the Kyowa Quality label from the Japanese company Kyowa Hakko, obtained by plant fermentation.

The Creapure® label, with the license number on the tub

Sinob's Core Creapure® is the clearest example of what we mean by traceability. The raw material is produced by AlzChem at its Trostberg site in Bavaria. The manufacturer declares more than 99.9% creatine monohydrate and closed-system production. Most importantly, the Creapure® license number 19SN14 is printed on the packaging: an identifier verifiable with the raw material producer. In the same vein, Sinob manufactures in Germany, names its raw material supplier, and numbers its batches. Protéalpes manufactures in France, with three ingredients per flavor and nothing else.

Read any product sheet on this site. When a manufacturer doesn't publish a value — residual lactose content, kilojoule value, ingredient dosage — we write it in black and white instead of filling the gap with an average found elsewhere. And we do not make any health claims that are not authorized in Europe. This can be verified in thirty seconds on any product on the site.

What is the best sports nutrition brand?

There isn't one, and beware of any seller who tells you otherwise. What can be compared are three lines on a label: the protein content of the finished powder, the raw material used, and the price per gram of protein. A brand that names its supplier — Creapure®, Lacprodan®, Fonterra, Kyowa Quality — allows you to do this. A brand that only writes "whey proteins" does not.

How to choose your whey well?

First, look at the number of grams of protein per serving and the weight of the serving: this is the real percentage, and it allows you to compare two tubs. An isolate is 85 to 92%, a concentrate 70 to 82%. Only then, ask yourself if you need the isolate: it is only justified if you have difficulty digesting lactose, if you are cutting and counting every gram, or if you take several shakes a day.

What supplements for endurance or water sports?

For long sports, carbohydrates are what matter, not proteins. A homemade sports drink based on maltodextrine or cyclodextrin is much cheaper than a ready-made formula and can be dosed exactly as you wish. Proteins come afterward, for recovery, and are managed throughout the entire day rather than within the hour that follows.

What dietary supplement should I take for muscle recovery?

In order: first, cover your daily protein intake, as this is the most important. Only then come essential amino acids, useful if you train on an empty stomach or if your intake is low. Glutamine comes in third place, and its benefit is minimal if your diet is already rich in protein.

Is delivery free in Agde?

At a Mondial Relay pick-up point, yes, for orders over €50. Below that, it's €5.90. For home delivery, expect €6.90 with Chronopost regardless of the amount.

How long does it take to receive my order in Cap d'Agde?

Order placed before 2 PM: shipped the same day. Then the carrier's delivery time applies, 24 to 48 working hours depending on the chosen method. In peak summer season, allow an extra day for coastal areas.

Can I order online and pick up?

Yes. Choose in-store pickup when ordering: it will be ready within 2 hours during our opening hours, and you won't pay for shipping. For a 75 km trip, this is the only scenario where the journey is truly justified.

Is there parking?
